Refractory high-temperature adhesive ULTRAMIX HotFix
Refractory High-Temperature Adhesive ULTRAMIX HotFix is a single-component refractory sealant that cures at room temperature and possesses excellent fireproof properties. It can be used at temperatures up to 800 ℃ for extended periods and can withstand temperatures up to 1280 ℃ for short durations. Additionally, ULTRAMIX HotFix adhesive offers good adhesion, moisture resistance, corona discharge resistance, leak prevention, and aging resistance. Refractory High-Temperature Adhesive ULTRAMIX HotFix is primarily used for bonding and sealing in various high-temperature environments.
Applications of Refractory High-Temperature Adhesive ULTRAMIX HotFix:
1. Sealing gaps, corners, duct inlets, pipe threads, and bonding pipe flanges in ventilation ducts.
2. Sealing electronic devices for engineering, petrochemical, agricultural machinery, light industry, construction, air conditioning, etc.
3. Sealing and bonding gaps in passages, fire doors, and ventilation ducts in shopping centers, hotels, residential buildings, and public places. Bonding and sealing galvanized steel sheets, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, ceramics, engineering plastics, wood, cement, and other materials.

Instructions for Using Refractory High-Temperature Adhesive ULTRAMIX HotFix:
1. Before applying the adhesive to the surface of the object, remove dirt, deposits, oil, rust, etc.
2. Attach the adhesive dispenser, then cut it to the required size, and squeeze the adhesive onto the cleaned surface to distribute it evenly. Then, fix the bonded surfaces.
3. Leave the glued parts to air cure at room temperature for 24-48 hours. If a waterproof layer is required, bake at temperatures above 200 degrees for an additional hour.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 6 months at temperatures below 25°C.
Packaging:
Cartridges of 300 ml or as per customer requirements.
