KALFIX E10 is a high-strength adhesive for thin-bed laying and joint grouting when installing ceramic and basalt wear-resistant materials.
KALFIX E10 is a two-component polymer installation adhesive based on epoxy resin, supplied in a 5 kg combination pack. The combination pack contains E11 epoxy resin and E12 hardener.

KALFIX E10 is suitable for application on overhanging surfaces. However, KALFIX E10 is not suitable for application on stainless steel.

KALFIX E10 is formulated to deliver optimum properties and high-quality installation.

Applications

KALFIX E10 is used for thin-bed installation of ceramic and basalt wear-resistant tiles when lining equipment at mining, cement and metallurgical plants. The thin joint and high strength make it convenient for laying on vertical and overhanging surfaces without the elements slipping.

As a two-component epoxy system, KALFIX E10 is prepared by mixing E11 resin and E12 hardener immediately before application. The working time after mixing is about 90 minutes at 20 °C, so the adhesive is mixed in batches to suit the current laying volume, and curing takes at least 16 hours.
