Description

Pneumatic conveying systems have sections where the exact pipe and bend dimensions cannot be fixed in advance. Flexible rubber hoses with a ceramic lining are made for them.

The whole inner surface of the hose is covered with ceramics.
The ceramic elements are joined male-female, so the hose stays flexible and bends in any direction.
The rubber hose is reinforced with steel mesh and withstands pressure up to 10 bar.
Hoses can be ordered with the electronic wear monitoring system: the state of the ceramics is visible on a PC, tablet or phone.
