Description

TECHPIPE® is a wear-resistant bimetallic pipe for sections of process and slurry lines exposed to severe abrasion. The pipe is made of low-alloy structural steel with a composite wear-resistant layer hardfaced inside.

Manufacturing

  • cold rolling of a wear plate blank with the overlay facing inwards;
  • automated arc hardfacing of pipes on our own PIPEPROTECTION machine.

Advantages

  • high resistance to impact loads;
  • uniform, seamless, continuous overlay;
  • resistance to temperature changes;
  • low weight of the finished part and easy joining.

Standard sizes

Pipe diameter 80–2000 mm, length 1–6 m, wall thickness 5–40 mm, overlay thickness 5–20 mm. Other sizes and thicknesses on request.
