Vibrating screens

Description

For many years, vvib.tech has been designing and manufacturing a wide range of vibrating screens with vibratory motor drives for various industries. The company also systematically modernizes conventional machines, including retrofitting them with vibratory motor drives.

By using vibratory motor drives in its vibrating machines instead of conventional oil-bath inertia exciters, tube-type exciters and the like, vvib.tech is able to:

• increase the guaranteed service life of bearing assemblies  
• reduce the installed drive power  
• simplify maintenance by eliminating the need for lubrication.

In addition: 

• the machine is symmetrical – there are no left-hand and right-hand versions, which ensures interchangeability  
• external motors and power transmission elements, such as flexible disc couplings, are eliminated.

All machines supplied by vvib.tech deliver the required capacity and screening efficiency with minimal noise and minimal transmission of dynamic loads to the supporting structures, thanks to a carefully calculated elastic suspension.

The screen media and liners used can be made of metal, rubber or polyurethane, and a wide range of these components is available for various fastening systems.

As an option, vvib.tech screens are equipped with variable-frequency control systems that both regulate machine capacity and prevent resonant vibration during stopping and coast-down by means of dynamic braking.
