On-site audit
We come out, identify the wear zones and take measurements. We record the loads: abrasion, impact, hydro-abrasion, chemistry.
Solution and drawings
We select the material and technology, prepare drawings, a specification and a commercial offer.
Manufacturing and installation
We produce the items and install the lining on site. If needed — supervised installation by your own personnel.
Handover and support
We hand over the unit, give operating recommendations and support you at subsequent maintenance.

How does the work begin?
With an audit. Our engineer surveys the equipment, identifies the wear zones and mechanisms and takes measurements. Based on the results we select the material and technology, not the other way around.
Do you travel to sites across Kazakhstan?
Yes, we carry out the audit and installation at the customer's site across the whole of Kazakhstan. For remote sites, supervised installation by your own personnel under our control is possible.
Do you prepare the design and drawings?
Yes. We develop working drawings and design documentation for the specific unit, including the material specification and the installation layout.
Can a worn unit be repaired rather than replaced?
Often yes. We restore the lining and working surfaces of pumps, hydrocyclones, mills, gas ducts and pipelines — this is cheaper than replacing the equipment.
What is supervised installation?
It is technical supervision of the installation: the work is done by your personnel while our specialist directs and controls the technology. It saves budget on remote sites.
